Automation

At our company, 70% of injection moulding machines are equipped with robots, including a full-scale six-axis load cell, three-axis precision and sprue picker robots.

Robots are always used with the aim of improving the precision of our manufacturing processes, eliminating the possibility of human error and increasing our productivity. Utilising the automation technologies available to us, our engineering team comes together to invent ways to enhance the efficiency of manufacturing processes. Robot grippers, pickers and jigs are manufactured in our own mould workshop. Robots are programmed by our team of two engineers who are competent in programming both KUKA and Wittmann robots and skilled in PLC programming.

Commemoration of our colleague Judit Kincse

It is with deep sorrow and respect that we remember Judit Kincse, who was a dedicated and valued employee of Duroset Kft. for 14 years. Sadly, she passed away on 19 February 2025 after a long illness. Judit always performed her work with great dedication and enthusiasm, and her commitment was an example to us all. She will always be with us in our memories and all that she contributed to the life of our company will never be forgotten.
