As a fully-fledged manufacturer and service provider, we assure our customers the convenience of operating all services from new product launches to further processing operations (assembly, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, cleaning, packaging) in-house and in good hands.

Duroset Technologie Plastics Műanyagfeldolgozó Kft. has over 30 years of experience in plastic injection moulding project management.

If required, our cross-functional team of competent experts with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience can review your designs for both existing and upcoming products and make recommendations for the mould concept with a view to injection moulding in order to improve manufacturability and reduce costs.

Every project starts with a kick-off meeting where we seek to provide our customers with all the expertise they need for success.

Together, we discuss their needs, determining product feasibility and the costs of bringing it to the market. This meeting can take place in person or online from anywhere in the world.

The next step is for us to find the company that designs and makes the right mould for the part. We have connections in both Europe and the Far East with experts of these fields who are competitive on the market. If required, we can also offer projects with in-house mould manufacturing.

Working with our mould-making partner and our in-house engineer, we walk you through the entire mould-making, optimisation and sampling process.

When the mould is validated, we organise mass production. We can also assist with product assembly and packaging and, if needed, even with storage (safety stock) and delivery to customers.

Our team works closely with you in order to ensure proactive communication about progress throughout the project and shares each programme step with you. Our project management strategy also involves regular follow-up meetings and updates.
